I think they have some very passionate people in charge and all that pressure to win or be fired is probably terrible. Ferrari claims not having a UK facility so more people will work for them is not a factor but I think it may not help.

Uhhh yeah! They have had a pretty huge relationship for a long time. He’s like one of the family. They even kept sponsoring Ferrari with the barcode after they banned cigarette sponsorship.

I’m aware that Ferrari and Marlboro have had a long history together, but going from cigarette exec to F1 team principal seems like quite the career change.

I have read some people give up and go back to the UK because of family. Some try to work there and go back and forth and others have tried to move the family. Many are pulled away to other teams back in the UK.
